ANZ Smart Choice Super for employers and their employees - Insurance guides

Insurance guides applicable to your account

A smart, easy and convenient choice

ANZ Smart Choice Super for employers and their employees offers both standard and tailored insurance options to members. To understand the terms and conditions applicable to insurance cover in your account, you need to ensure you refer to the correct Insurance Guide for your employer.

Please follow these steps:

  1. Search for your employer in the list below to view the Insurance Guide applicable to you.
  2. If you cannot find your employer in the list, please refer to the Standard Insurance Guide (PDF)

The Putting Members’ Interests First (PMIF) legislation aims to ensure that superannuation savings are not eroded by the cost of insurance cover that members may be unaware they have or don’t need. From 1 April 2020, super funds have been unable to provide automatic insurance cover for members who are under 25 or have a balance less than $6,000*. If you would like to obtain insurance cover or apply for Choose Your Own/Voluntary Cover, log in to your account online. You can also register for online access, if you haven’t already.

*Cover may be provided once you are over age 25 and your balance reaches $6,000 or if you are covered by an exception. Refer to your applicable Insurance Guide for further information.
